Private banking is hell at FNB

I wish I could give 0 star. My worst banking experience has been with FNB private banking. Opened this hello Peter account just to say this. Please take your banking business elsewhere if you want value for money. I have been asking since October 2019 for my private banker to be changed, FNB never cared to fulfill my request nor even get across to me. Private banking costs almost 400 rand, yet I have a private banker who gets nothing done. FNB, PLEASE CHANGE MY PRIVATE BANKER !!!!
