Private Banking is BS
I moved from Nedbank to FNB after having a ****py experience with Nedbank and having friends who rave about FNB. All of the commercials and talk about Private Banking is a total ****. I thought this was the biggest perk of joining FNB so I could save time going in and out of the branch and my "private banker" does nothing and never responds to anything. It is useless and a **** to get people to sign up.
