Private Banking is a WASTE!!!! Useless

I do not use my banker often, but I admit that I pay a premium for Private Banking. I have had gold, platinum and now private accounts. The Private banking option is by far the worst. I get a new banker every two months and that person is never available then I have to use the Suit....SAME AS EVERY OTHER ACCOUNT!!!! FNB should be ashamed of the service. I honestly believe that private banking is a total waste and a lot better service was given on platinum and gold level.
