Private Banking is a ****

Private Banking is an absolute ****. Worst service or complete lack of service. In the process of buying a house and would've thought with the assistance of a private this would be much quicker and easier process. Has been the complete opposite...banker is never available the ones you do reach takes forever to get back to you and are just not interested to assist. I told the estate agent I won't be making use of bond originators and would rather make use of my private banker. Worst mistake. Will be downgrading my account as I am paying for services which I am not receiving. And seriously considering taking my home loan somewhere else.
