Private banking is a joke. Don't even waste your time.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact my private banker which has been changed 3 times in the past 9 months. Appalling service when I go into the bank (Walmer Park branch). I have moved over to ABSA Bank because I was paying nearly R500 for poor service and a so called "private banker" at FNB. Easily could of let by gones be by gones but now I have been struggling to close my account with FNB for the past week and they keep charging me interest for their mess up on not being able to close it. I have banked with Absa, standard bank and First national bank and by far FNB has been the most useless, unorganized and unfriendly bank I have ever experienced. I am happy to take my business somewhere else.
