Private Banking FNB / Unhappy and disturbed with lack of interest from Consultants

Fnb Private Banking consultants have no use or purpose, they do not get back to you for any assistance on questions or respond to emails.

I doubt anyone will get back to me, please my advise to the General public, stay on the cheapest package (Silver or Gold) as upgrading provides no benefits except to allow FNB to charge you R400 a month on Bank Charges.

Private banking Consultants treat you like, you don't even bank with fnb.
