PRIVATE BANKING FNB

I have never received such useless and pathetic service Where does one complain to about a supposed Private Banker ? I am fuming with your service. 2 weeks, 3 weeks go by and not a single response or phone call. What are the benefits in having a so called Private Banker when you hear nothing and there is no service !!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this NO SERVICE
