Private banking fees paid but NO service

Will someone at FNB please contact me. I have been trying to sort out a double debit on my account for a week now.<br> The call centre I contacted last Monday had technical issues and were supposed to phone me back - I am still waiting!!!!! The private banker allocated to my account is also of not much help. <br> I pay private banking fees every month so that I will receive private banking service. Come on guys!
