Private banking fail!

Hi

Over the last few weeks, I have had a terrible private banking experience:

1. A few weeks ago, I clicked on the private wealth upgrade in error, within 5 minutes I had a secure chat explaining this to the consultant - who advised that they would get my banker to call me. When she did, she was required to do a validation check - which didn't work on FNBs side. She promised to call me back - this was not done. I had to send a reminder - eventually we managed to downgrade my account back to private. Since then - I had had CCD call me more than 5x to deliver my private wealth card. I have informed CCD at least 2 times, yet the calls persisted. 2. I notice my bank fees are higher than normal, and I expect this to be because I have now been incorrectly charged private wealth fees. I request my banker to send me a breakdown of charges - she tries to call me and sends me an email asking a convenient time to talk. Why do we need to talk? I have been clear I am requesting a break down - send it via email 3. Yesterday I ask to have my credit card limited upgraded. My limit is really small and I pay into this account every day. Today - I receive a notification that my card limit is exceeded. It seems my limit was reduced rather than increased. My bank informs me (by doing VERY little research clearly) and NOW OVER EMAIL - when I asked for a call specifically and advised which hours I was free that my credit card is in arrears for 3 months. She continues in a very patronising way to explain that maybe this is why my limit was reduced. This is IMPOSSIBLE. I have to call her in order to escalate the query - she commits to resolving but can't tell me by when. This is obviously a finger error and I am concerned that private banking customers are treated this way - exactly why am I paying for a premium service? Furthermore, she insists I have always been paying R340 off for private banking....this isn't true (again I am made to feel like an idiot! without your banker doing any proper research). She comes back to say - ah you were on staff fees and this was never changed and then implies that if she raises it to the billing team I may be back charged - for what exactly, your own teams incompetence? I have been called month on month by Investec to move my account over. To be honest, if this is the ****py service I am receiving - there is absolutely no reason why I won't be accepting their offer. FYI - my credit card is still unusable.
