Private Banking Excellence

My experience with my current Private Banker is what I believe the standard in Private Banking should be. She has set a benchmark so high, I cannot fathom how I would deal with another bank or (perish the thought) another Private Banker at FNB. My banker - Shainum Lee - has far exceeded service levels offered by any other banker before her, despite only being assigned to my account at the start of 2018. I am writing this commendation in the hope that Shainum gets the recognition she deserves for the excellent work she does.

I believe Shainum has a direct impact on customer retention due to the eloquence with which she handles complex matters. She ensures that I am always kept updated on any matter brought to her attention, and always drives completion and expresses urgency when required.
