Private Banking but no assistance!

Why am I paying high bank charges for a private banker when I don't even get assistance. I'm sending emails with no reply for weeks. And when I ask to move to a lower account with less bank charges, they promise me the moon and the stars to keep me with private clients. This is so frustrating. What am I supposed to do?
