Private banking at FNB not recommended

FNB upgraded my account to a private wealth account. This was done 2 weeks ago still I have 4 bank accounts, 2 cheque and 2 credit. My credit card increase was approved two weeks ago still no changes. Everytime I speak to a consultant the case are being referred. After 30 years at FNB you have lost me as a client. Dont waste your time to get a private banker they are non existant.
