"Private Banking" and *****

<p>A debit order has been loaded on my account for GAME Rcs cards without my permission or knowledge. Further to this Game did not have my bank details, so how they accessed these details and what bank I was with is beyond me. I have been trying to get feedback from FNB for some time now and no-one can help or provide me any clear information.</p> <p>Is this not *****?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I have a "personal banker" This is a very loose term as I have not heard from or been able to contact my personal banker at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great service the provide.</p>
