Private banking a real ****

I pay lot of bank charges under the banner private banking where its a clear **************** or **** as I don’t see any benefit. I don’t know who is the banker as when you call no response you get and the one i last spoke to was the issue of notification I don’t get any asked why did it change as it was se no answer. This clearly an indication that fnb care less about us as customers. Other banks are tops this one sucks now bye fnb
