Private BANKING A JOKE

Most pathetic service from a bank ever, had my credit card suspended due to a bank error. Which the *********** Supervisor Phila insisted was a system error and I needed to make a deposit so he can activate me card.

I complained then got a call from his manager who advised this was the bank error as the debit order batch was not submitted that’s the reason for the suspension on my card. He also advised my card was activated immediately after my call to Phila, this was never communicated to me.

The main reason for this complaint is the fact I was on holiday with my family in Balito and had to cut this short as I was unable to use my card to pay for my stay.

PATHETIC BANK TO DATE NOBODY ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING MY HOLIDAY A NIGHTMARE. DUE TO THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THE BANK I WILL BE MOVING MY ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER PROVIDER...
