Private Banker...Say What?

Not very happy, as FNB upgraded me to a Private Banker, and not once has someone made contact with me. I have no idea what my benefits are, what I can qualify for...etc.

It feels that it's easier to take more money (banking costs) than to actually assist me. Why has my presumed private banker not made any contact with me? Not via email nor telephone. If this is the case, please downgrade me back to a Premier Banker.
