Private bankers useless

I have been a private client for a while now. Almost a year. The most pathetic service from pruvate bankers in my life. You pay R440 service fee for nothing. I asked my acc to be downgraded to normal cheque acc. Still not done after 2 months of emails ans calls. Then they open another islamic private clients acc with the same fees. Customer satisfaction ill give a 0 . Services 0 communication 0 . Clearly the people working at FNB dont have any consoderation in what their clients want. Do your job then FNB will be much better bank.
