Private Bankers not available

I phoned my so called private banker to follow up on a request that I made.

System says my private banker is not available and that I would be redirected to another private banker. Still no private banker available.

How sad is that. Not a single private banker available. Worst banking experience ever. Can’t actually complain about the service because there wasn’t any.
