PRIVATE BANKERS NO SERVICE

To whom this may concern

Ever since I switched to Private banking i have had the worst experience The 1st banker was fine got stuff done...then she left the 2nd then 3rd banker came to see me but never bothered with anything.. then... low and behold 1 year later another new private banker contacts me. Didn't know they still gave service... We then arranged for a meeting today at 11am 3 June 2021 and she phones me saying she thought it was tomorrow and was then an entire hour late.. But that time I left. I am disgusted with the Private banking section of FNB

Kindly refer me to a banker whom i can rely on and trust or I will be moving my accounts somewhere else
