Private bankers here are simply of no value at all

I have been an FNB client for a while. FNB is a great bank, but their Private clients division is absolutely pathetic. I can never get in touch with my private banker. I send emails to her with requests and dont here back for weeks and by which time, if I am lucky to hear back- I have probably been in the branch to sort whatever it was out, by myself already.

Private bankers here are simply of no value at all.

Don't waste your time or your funds.
