Private bankers do not assist

I am disappointed my my private wealth bankers, Olwethu and Moemedi.

I wrote to them well before 24 hours to assist me in getting an AA point to point pick up and drop off.

When there was less than 24 hours left, Olwethu writes to me that she cannot assist.

Firstly, being a private banker, she ought to assist in this.

In if she could not, Moemedi and the general private wealth bankers were ccd in the email. They could have told me earlier, so that I could book it myself. By delaying the response, I have to use an uber.
