PRIVATE BANKERS??? - Bull**** - Rather downgrade and get service that upgrade and get no help

<p>29/08/16 - ********** <br />31/08/16 - Thandeka Gumede - NO HELP<br />18/09/16 - CAS ********** <br />20/09/16 - Mia Shariq - **** abt Payt<br />20/09/16 - Nomhle Ngubeni - To assist<br />21/09/16 - ********** <br />22/09/16 - CAS ********** <br />23/09/16 - CAS ********** <br />23/09/16 - CAS112870<br />26/09/16 - Reginald Gow - To call back then<br /> then asked Nomhle to call me<br />28/09/16 - Emailed Nomhle about progress - NO Feedback<br />29/09/16 - CAS ********** <br />Spoke to Charity - put on hold for 10 minutes. I Called back, Spoke to Saloba, who transfered me to Griffith, which never went through.<br />Keamu ( Manager) Called back finally....to date no feedback on what happen with my missing payt.</p> <p>THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICES I HAVE ENDURED FROM THIS BAN****</p> <p>YOUR TEAM NEEDS TO WAKE UP!</p> <p> </p> <p>THE NUMBER OF CASES, CALLS, EMAILS SENT FOR HELP TO FNB WITH NO HELP FROM THEM.....DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After 30 days of frustration with the lies and promises of FNB private bankers ( SO CALLED ASSISTING) I finally managed to get help from NEDBANK on my own accord. Why pay for services which ACTUALLY DONT WORK!.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thandeka - Confirmed she is logging the missing payment call with NEDBANK. - NO record of this</p> <p>Shariq promised me on the 20/09/16 money is due to clear withing than23 hours - Lies</p> <p>I Left messages for them - NO ONE CALLS BACK</p> <p> </p> <p>Keamu (MANAGER) mt last call on the 29/09/16...still no feedback to date. DONT WORRY! </p> <p> </p> <p>NEDBANK managed to help and resolve my query with 48hours (which took FNB 30 days and still counting) no help.</p> <p> </p> <p>People should not attempt to bank with FNB, as their servies are not going to the dogs. After over 20 years of service with FNB you would think you a valued customer, but I dont agree/</p>
