Private bankers?

<p>I have now tried to contact my Private Banker, Shenaaz Poulton, three times over the last month or so. Every time I do, I get the standard auto reply email, telling me my banker will contact me in one day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Up to now not a word. I have not heard anything from him, or anyone else from FNB for that matter. NOTHING. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why offer the service if you're not going to deliver FNB?</p>
