Private Banker - Whats the point

I have a flexi bond (the old type) with FNB - for the past 10 years. On the 5th August I received an sms saying my bond is in arrears - not possible as I have a debit order that has been succesful the past 120 times - and now my flexi bond is removed. I call my private banker - who puts me through to home loans - who puts me through to collections - to be told it was due to me withdrawing funds a day before my debit order so my debit order amount was incorrect and it has now been corrected and they will activate my flexi bond. They dont - this is the 5th August. I then call again and log a call on the fnb site and a private banker emails me back to say its corrected - it isnt - I email back - they say they will look into it - and since then nothing! I log another call. No reply. What is the point of a private banker? This was your error so why must I waste my time getting fixed? Please sort this out.
