Private Banker Unavailable
What is the point of having a private banker which one can not reach both on email or telephone. Also when I requested to be transferred to another private banker for assistance I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes; eventually I dropped the call.<br> <br> And this all happen when I need my credit card to be activated for international use; this is a great inconvenience.
