Private banker so private they don't even respond!

I've been trying to speak to my private banker, however I've been ignored. Every time I phone and speak to another "private banker" the phone just randomly dies after I ask certain questions. I've logged an complaint that has got no response. I've used the online chat option, however it's like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer!! Still waiting on feedback on many questions!
