Private Banker so dissatisfied and disappointed

I'm so disgusted about the private banker given to me I ask things and he won't return my calls his name is Dzunisani Ndhove. He is so unprofessional and he promised to do things of which he fails dismally why am I given a private banker whip won't give me my service as expected
