Private Banker Services being terminated with no explanation...

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by FNB. Yesterday the 2nd of November 2018, they sent me an email stating that all my services and accounts I have with FNB will be cancelled, and I WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED TO OPEN ANYTHING WITH THEM IN FUTURE. I mean to cause even more frustration, there’s no explanation to why this decision was taken, or events leading to this termination.

I am a private client, and ALL my accounts including the cheque acc, investment acc, credit card, funeral/life policy and petrol, are all up to date with nothing on arrears, but after all these years banking with them, they’ve decided to just show their true colours… What happened to asking people “how can we help you”, instead you treat your loyal customers like trash. I tried reaching out to my private banker, and all I was told is that the system cannot show why this termination was conducted. I mean I pay over R400 pm for their services for what???

I’m quite sure I’ll still find an even better bank, but FNB MUST PAY ME BACK ALL THE PREMIUMS I PAID AS FROM YEAR 2016 TOWARDS MY FUNERAL AND LIFE POLICY.
