"Private Banker" service is useless.

Good day FNB,

I have been a loyal customer of yours for several years now. I gave a great credit score and never miss a beat.

I am VERY dissapointed with the service I am recieving from my supposedly "Private Banker". I am not sure what their obligations are with respect to me (Maybe you respond with the list.), but all I am getting is a spam email now and then with new products I don't want need.

It is shameful that whenever I need them most and have to make the mist important financial decisions they are useless as they are nowhere to be found.

The first was when I bough a home 3 years ago. I send emails to my "Private Banker" to assist with negotiating my interest rate on my home loan. There was abdolutely no response, I had to proceed with the home loan and later discovered (By contacting the Private Banking service suit.), that said "Private Banker" did not work their anymore. No communication from FNB on this while I was busy with an important financial decision.

The second was a coupe of weeks ago when I was in the process of obtaining vehicle finance. I first tried contacting him by phoning him and after no response, I send him through the offer that came from Wesbank, but he never responded. I was under pressure to get the financing done as my vehicle was written off and needed another one as soon as possible.

On 3 March I did however recieve an emai from him. Not to oppolgise or explain why he didn't respond to my email requesting his assistance with my vehicle financing, but another spam email of some new product or service.

It seems that the "Private Bankers" are simply there to try you to obtain new products, but not to be available when you need assistance on financial decisions thst is in YOUR best interrest.

So if I am not going to get the service from the "Private Banker" I pay for, what are my options here?

1) Can I cancel the "Private Banker" service I am not recieving? or

2) Are you going to appoint to me someone that also has MY best interest at heart and not only FNB's?
