Private Banker Poor Service

I have been in contact with my new banker regarding moving my home loan to FNB. She is just slow in everything. I would send documents then she keeps quite for weeks and I have to chase after her. Its been 2 weeks or more since I submitted the forms to move the home loan but there is still no feedback from FNB. Even emails I would send to the banker would be responded too after too long. I think this is my 4th banker since i moved to Private Clients and I have not been happy with any. Its really frustrating because I don't see the point of the banker iand being on Private Clients. We pay high monthly fees for these packages but it is just not worth it.
