Private Banker MISSING!!!

I am a Private client. My private banker is supposed to be Preshen Govender. Since the time he got allocated to me as my banker, I had no joy in being a private client. I have struggled for the last 2 days to get hold of him. I send him emails, I tried calling him, (his phone goes to voice mail) he does not respond to my calls. My previous private banker Natalie Stuart was fantastic and I want her back. Preshen has done absolutely nothing for me. I have never even spoken to him and I am sure he does not even know that I am part of his portfolio. He draws a salary and that really as far is it goes with him. Can FNB please get a private banker to call me back urgently.
