Private Banker is useless

I have tried on numerous occassions to contact my so-called \private banker"but with no success. FNB has royally *****ed up my home loan. They did not request the building plans when registering the bond and now I'm stuck with a bond on the incorrect section in the complex. I have attempted to contact the bank for them to resolve this issue but no one seems contactable. I thought the \""private banker\"" would be able to assist but any query I send through just gets ignored. I am now thinking of going back to Nedbank """
