Private banker is a misnomer.
I am a private wealth account holder at FNB which FNB claims to be the top category of individual account holders at their bank. The service I got from my so-called private banker was absolutely shocking to say the least. I app**** for an extension to my bond on my property. It took this private banker 3 months to come back to me with an answer. Not how I would have treated a so-called top banking client.
