Private "Banker" is a hoax and a **** to ***** your money !

I have been requesting info for more than 2 months now, and no one is able to assist. My so called private banker is non existing. This is a simple request that was dealt with quite quick in the past, but now it seems like no one at FNB has a clue what is going on around them. Especially my so called "private banker" which i still do not know what they are supposed to be doing to make my life any easier. FNB Private Banking is a hoax. The only reason I am still with this silly bank is because their technological services are a little better than others, but their service is absolutely pathetic.
