Private Banker / Home Loans

No communication or interaction from my Private Banker during home loan application and issues encountered to date, the individual has been in all the email communication - was unavailable when I tried to phone office and mobile and no call backs after. 1st email sent for assistance, was sent back to me instead of home loans -I then requested the individual assists as more issues have been encountered (to date no response). Looking at closing my account and moving to another bank where hopefully another private banker can assist (I don't know why one has to pay the fees one does and when you request assistance you cant even complain about service because its non existent)
