Private banker holding up home transfer process

I'm abit disgusted with the way FNB private banker is handling a request for bond cancellation figures. Conveyancing attorneys are e-mailing and calling specific private banker with no luck and it's going to be almost 4 weeks trying to get cancellation figures. It's holding up the transfer process
