Private Banker Farce

I'm struggling to contact my private banker. I've sent him several emails, and even used the app to ask one of the FNB support people to ask my banker to contact me (they were very polite and support excellent). Its unfortunate, as I want to open more investment accounts with FNB, but the lack of service will lead me to choose AlanGray for other investments. PS. My previous private banker was great.
