Private banker AWOL

FNB is a very good bank , but their private bankers are really of no value , I have been given a number of my Banker called Paballo, I have never got hold of her ever since she was allocated to me , I want to de link my app in the previous phone to be able to change log in details and make an urgent payment but nothing is happening , FNB must stop giving us these people and really allow anyone in the department to assist us , I am mean this is poor service .
