Private Banker Account USELESS!

I opened a 'myfirstsavings' account in 2016 for my 1 year old at the time. Only to be told today the account is a 32day account. Who changed it? When) why? Also, I'm finding that as a private bank card holder I get none of the benefits of this account. I still have to call the call centre for assistance. My private banker Lisa has never even spoken to me once. She is forever unavailable. What's the point?

I am moving my money elsewhere. You clearly cannot be trusted with people's money. How do you chop and change accounts at will without the account holder notified?
