Privacy violation

I recently had an incorrect bank deposit made into y account. This amount was then debited out of my account under a "bank adjustment" which i did not query. A few days later the same amount was debited for a second time leaving my account in excess causing my scheduled debit orders to bounce which in turn caused more bank charges.

I then went to a branch where, after a short investigation, it was found that an error had been made by 1 of the banks employees. About 36 hours later the mount was deposited back into my account.

I recieved no apology and i was not rembursed for the bank charges. I then went back to the branch and the consultant was unfortunately unable to help me.

My next step is to seek legal advice as i feel I was greastly wronged and mistreated in this situation.
