Prioritising online sales over customer support at FNB

FNB decided to prioritise online sales over customer service today - crashing their site in the process and blocking my business from being able to achieve our goals. Business banker is nowhere to be found. Support ends the phone without support and then tells me that the support line closed at 15:45 - maybe if you didn't end the call on me twice then we wouldn't be in this situation. Private banking not worth it - Business banking POOR
