Pricing not good

When I app**** for the business account from FNB I took a bundle option for the purpose of budgeting. there was stated unlimited POS purchases and also airtime. Now the business is charged for every card swipe at almost R4 and airtime at almost R2 per transaction. I send a complaint query and the notified me I must call business desk. Ag please FNB. it your fault now you want me to pay more to phone. I seriously think its your responsibility to phone me.
