Pricing Department-R5000 pm bank charges & 2 months to resolve query

<p>I submitted a request to my branch in Delmas in October to assist in R4000-R5000 pm banking charges for the many mag tape credits and efts on our business account - after a month, pricing department reverted to our RM-hours later they responded saying they've made an error in Calculation- it's been 2 months and we'll have to fork another R4000 for bank charges while FNB does things on its terms- really insensitive and *********** behavior from pricing department , neglecting farm town branches adds insult to injury ! </p>

I received feedback from the relationship manager in delmas. However, I just paid another R3500 this month excluding interests and other fees because your dept. will take another 2 months. I trust I'll be refunded the difference I wouldn't have spent when I'm moved over to the correct pricing
