Pricing change - no communication
<p>I switched over to FNB connect, purely because of how competative the data pricing was. I even convinced some of my friends to switch over, this was all in the last few months. I used to pay R65 for 1 GB through them, and R95 for 2GB. All of a sudden its raised to R89 for 500meg and R139 for 1GB. Surely you could have given some sort of notice, this is unacceptable. I chose you because you were cheaper than MTN, alot cheaper. Now you are just doubled the price without even notifying me. I have half a mind to go back to one of the other service providers.</p>

Thanks for the response, I had a represenative call me. I was unable to chat and asked if they would call back in 30 mins. Which they never did, and I havent recieved a call since either. So clearly you guys couldnt care less and are only responding so that people "Think" you are doing something about it, when clearly you arent!
