if you have an issue and you contact them online be prepared for them to just leave, happened to me twice in the space of about 15 minutes and then when you finally get someone who wants to help you can't do anything cause fnb is useless and you need to have a verified browser for them to help you, and god forbid you get your phone ****** and you're account is linked to that phone cause you will never be able to sign in again
