President for President at FNB

I would like to thank President for his excellent service,

I request change telephonically, and President has always been very helpful on one particular occasion, he informed me that he will forward my change request as he is not available, because he was in a motor vehicle accident and in hospital.

Even though he was in Hospital he assisted me with a positive attitude, such type of service is extremely rare, President deserves a raise, or perhaps a company car. (I would say Promotion but then I'll be kicking myself in the foot)
