Prescription

I have forwarded my complaint to FNB *** & *** but has not received feedback on a prescribed account with their (Hammond Pole attorneys). A 2021 November default judgement on a 2016 last updated account after losing a my Job which should have been covered by a life credit insurance. Has NCA rules changed ? Maybe taking this issue on a different platform might assist to get FNB attention, Maybe............
