Prescribed Debt

To keep a credit card debt from prescribing FNB reflected 2 *****ulent payments on the credit card. What makes the payments suspicious is that the payments were made in cash and during the period that the country was in COVID lockdown. Now FNB credit card division and the ***** division refuse to address the matter, they keep cutting my calls. I have logged an online complaint which has also been ignored. Please can someone from FNB contact me to resolve this matter?
