Prescribed debt

I took a loan with you in 2016 which I paid till I lost my job. The account has since closed but your loan department refuses to prescribe the debt. The debt is over 5 years old but i still get harassment calls from you people almost every day. Please do the right thing and send me the prescription letter. Thanks
