Prescribed debt
I have been struggling for over 3 weeks to get a letter to say my debt with FNB has been prescribed. On the credit bureaus it has already been removed but I need the letter to remove the debt review off my name as I was wrongfully put on debt review a few years ago. No one at FNB seems to understand what I need. Nedbank and African bank provided me with these letters within 5 minutes. Please can someone help me I spent over R600 airtime calling and calling with 0 help. I can’t do this anymore and I need this letter.

08 Mar 2021, 11:08Hi There I have now called several times trying to get the letter for my debt which was prescribed.
I spoke to Peter Mbambo who said I am at the wrong place I must go to debt review then I was transferred to debt review and spoke to Johanna maseko who said I must go back to personal loans . I mean seriously I am 7 months pregnant and I have to go through all of this stress! I spent over R200 Airtime today trying to get one simple letter which Nedbank and African Bank issued to me in 2 minutes. Can we sort this immediately I am so frustrated!
